Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS ARE CURRENTLY BEING QUARANTINED FOR 48 HOURS BEFORE BEING PROCESSED.
At 1stMX we pride ourselves on our customer service.
We offer a FREE returns service for any item/orders with a Nett value of over £50 (Mainland UK ONLY) and you can return any item to us within 30 days of receipt for any reason and get a full refund or exchange, no questions asked. The products must be in brand new condition, with all the tags and packaging.

Unfortunately we cannot accept any goods where we have not been notified of a problem within 30 days.

Help prolong the life of your motocross kit
All Motocross kits should be washed on a cool wash with NO fabric softener at all, use as little detergent as possible. Do not use a 2in1 type detergent as they contain fabric softeners.
Fabric softeners and/or too much detergent can break down the leather in the knee patches, leaving them slimy when wet. When they dry they harden and will eventually begin to crack and disintegrate.
This can also happen if the kit is dried over a radiator or tumble dried.
All kit should be washing line/airer dried only.
Too much detergent or a softener can also react with the dye in the kit and cause that to run into the rest of the garment so please bear this in mind when washing.
