We treat all orders as urgent. Most orders are sent on a next working day courier delivery service but we regret we cannot guarantee a next day delivery. If an item is particularly urgent or time sensitive please add a note in the checkout or contact a member of our sales team either by email on sales@1stMX.co.uk or on our Sales Helpline 01530 813000 and we will do all we can to help.

Please note we reserve the right to charge shipping costs to UK Non-Mainland orders at cost (the regions aff ected by this surcharge are Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey and the Scottish Highlands and Islands). These charges will only be applied when we are charged excess shipping costs and you will be notified prior to despatch wherever possible, we will do whatever we can to keep your shipping costs to a minimum.

Please note we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or lost orders/items by our carriers. We will however ensure you are compensated to the total value of your order including shipping costs.

Returns and Exchanges

At 1stMX we pride ourselves on our customer service.

We offer a FREE returns service for item/orders with a Nett value of over £50 (Mainland UK ONLY) and you can return any item to us within 30 days of receipt for any reason and get a full refund or exchange (subject to the following terms and conditions). 

  1. The item(s) must be repacked to make sure they are protected and cannot be damaged in transit; they must always be protected by outer packaging, e.g. do not send boots or helmets in just the manufacturers original box.
  2. All returned items have to be as new, unused and in a resellable condition.
  3. Returned items must be in their original packaging and have all the original manufacturer tags and labels.
  4. If you reuse the external packaging we sent your goods in, please place the return label on the box ensuring you cover over your original delivery address.
  5. Having received your return is NOT the same as having fully processed it – please allow time for our team to do their best job for you. We are currently quarantining returns for 48 hours before processing.
  6. They must have been purchased for the personal private use (not for any commercial use) and only for the original intended use of the product(s).
  7. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse the return altogether if we deem than any of these terms have not been not complied with.

Unfortunately we cannot accept any goods where we have not been notified of a problem within 30 days.
