Please note we reserve the right to charge non mainland UK (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey, The Scottish Islands and Highlands) orders up to the above cost, if you are unsure whether this applies to you, please contact us to verify shipping costs before ordering.
We will only charge these amounts where we are charged excess carriage charges by our couriers and you will be notified before shipping wherever possible. We will always endeaour to use the cheapest shipping method available and charge you the least viable carriage.
We cannot be held liable for any
consequential loss caused by late delivery or loss
by our carriers, only for the value of the lost goods.
Returns and Exchanges
At 1stMX we pride ourselves on our customer service.
You can return any item to us within 7 days of receipt for any reason
and get a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.
In addition, if the error is ours or the goods are faulty
we will also re-imburse any reasonable return carriage costs you incur.

we will help solve any problem to your satisfaction and advise how to proceed.
Unfortunately we cannot accept any goods where we have not been
notified of a problem within 7 days.

page, your enquiries and problems will be sorted out by our
experienced staff as soon as possible.
